My sporting experience: I have been passionate about sports since a young age and have competed in many disciplines ranging from track and field athletics to football at semi-professional level and combat sports (Kickboxing, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
My training experience: I have been coaching people of all abilities since 2010, accumulating thousands of hours of coaching time, and I have taken great pride in seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals and develop into happier and better versions of themselves.
Training elite athletes: During my degree, I accumulated a vast amount of experience working with very closely with GB level fighters. Implementing training and life strategies to optimise their performance in most aspects of life with the intentions of achieving greater things in their sport. This generally involved making intelligent decisions with communication and directing them to the necessary practicioners, (nutritionists, physiotherapists and psychologists) generally providing a greater support network because we can always can do more with more support.
Additionally, in my spare time, I worked in an elite environment at the University of East London, assisting the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in monitoring and supervising the athletes' training sessions. The level of these athletes ranged from county to Olympic standard, but the philosophy of training always remained the same… Do the simple things well!
